Welcome to Kate Angelique Energy Healing. By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These policies ensure a high-vibrational, ethical, and respectful working relationship. Please read carefully before proceeding.

1. Scope of Services

Kate Angelique Energy Healing offers spiritual guidance, energy healing, past life exploration, divine consultations, and chakra alignment to support personal growth, energetic balance, and soul expansion. These sessions are intended for spiritual and personal insight and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.

2. Disclaimer – Not a Medical or Mental Health Professional

Kate Angelique is not a licensed medical doctor, psychiatrist, psychologist, therapist, or any other type of healthcare provider. Her services do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.

All guidance, insights, and energy work provided during a session are for informational and spiritual purposes only. If you are experiencing physical or mental health concerns, it is your responsibility to seek care from a qualified healthcare professional.

Kate may recommend that a client consult a licensed medical or mental health provider before continuing spiritual work.

3. No Guarantees or Specific Outcomes

Spiritual guidance and energy work are highly personal and unfold uniquely for each individual. While Kate provides insight and energetic support, she does not guarantee specific outcomes, timelines, or results. Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions following sessions.

4. Payment Policy

  • All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking.

  • Payment secures your scheduled session and is non-refundable.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations or missed appointments.

  • If you need to reschedule, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice, and an alternative session time may be offered at Kate’s discretion.

6. Confidentiality

All client sessions are held in a sacred and private space. Kate respects your confidentiality and will not share personal information disclosed during sessions. However, clients should be aware that spiritual guidance sessions do not fall under HIPAA regulations and are not considered medical or psychological treatment.

7. Code of Ethics & Energy Alignment

  • Kate reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if the client's energy, intentions, or expectations are not in alignment with the high-vibrational nature of this work.

  • Sessions are not for unethical inquiries, spying, or manipulation of others.

  • Kate's role is to offer guidance and energetic support, not to make decisions on behalf of clients.

8. Client Responsibility & Agreement

By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are fully responsible for your own choices, actions, and interpretations of any guidance received.

  • You understand that spiritual services do not replace medical, psychological, or professional advice.

  • You agree to approach sessions with an open mind and respect for the energetic process.

9. Legal Disclaimer

All services are provided on an "as-is" basis, with no express or implied warranties. By engaging in a session, you release and waive any claims against Kate Angelique Energy Healing for liability, damages, or losses related to the use of these services.
